1 cup of cabbage
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Grate the carrot, zucchini, chop the shallots and thinly the cabbage.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and butter.
Once the butter melts, add all the veggies. Season well with salt and stir fry for a few minutes.
Add a lid on and lower the heat, cooking for 3 minutes.
Serve with a side of your favourite protein.
