Ingredients

Half a cauliflower

1 tablespoon paprika

Salt

Olive Oil

Parmesan cheese to serve

Method

 

  1. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Cut the stalk off the cauliflower and cut the florets into bite-size pieces.
  3. Wash the florets and pat dry.
  4. Place the florets in a baking tray, and season with salt and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Toss the cauliflower to ensure all the pieces are coated in olive oil and the seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
