1/2 a small cauliflower
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
2 stalks of fresh thyme leaves
Salt & pepper
- Using a sharp knife, slice the cauliflower from the base down (approximately 1.5cm thick) – a sharp knife is key to ensure the florets stay intact.
- Drizzle the cauliflower steaks in olive oil on both sides and season with paprika, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Rub in the olive oil and seasoning.
- Place on a sheet of bake paper and cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes. (Check after 10 minutes). The cauliflower should still be slightly firm when pierced with a fork.
- Alternatively, cook the cauliflower in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
